Find a home in Spain Limited was established in 2006 by a team of experienced UK entrepreneurs to offer the best high quality “off-plan” property from a select number of established developers building in the Murcia region. With a base in the UK and in Totana in Murcia, we provide a full and friendly unpressurised service to our clients to enable them to make the right choices about what is undoubtedly one of the most important and life changing decisions they will ever make.

We do not employ pushy salespeople, but highly experienced advisors who are there to provide you with all the relevant information that you need in order to come to a decision that is right for you.
Our website has been developed to provide you with as much information as possible, not just on the developments and their properties but the area of Murcia, living in Spain and the process involved in buying property abroad.
When you are ready to find out more you can either speak to one of our UK advisors by calling freephone 0800 988 2272 or by completing our online enquiry form and requesting a call-back at a time that is convenient to you. One of our advisors will then have an informal chat with you, answering any questions you may have and ascertaining your specific needs – whether you are looking to buy for lifestyle, rental or investment and the sort of budget you are working to. They will then recommend a shortlist of suitable properties to view with one of our team based in Murcia during one of our fully inclusive Exploratory Tours.
Once you have identified a suitable property we will assist you with reserving it with the developer and guide you through the entire process step by step. When you return to the UK our Customer Services Manager will keep you informed of your properties build progress and remind you when instalments are due in addition to acting as your central point of contact for any queries you may have.
