• Arranging for the transfer of the necessary funds to Spain.
• Arranging the final searches to be carried out to ensure the property remains debt free.
• Arranging for the payment of the fees and taxes due in respect of the purchase.
• Arranging for the registration of the title at the local Land Registry.
• Receiving the registered title from the LR and checking it before forwarding to us.
• Liaison throughout with agents, local lawyers, the notary, tax office and land registry.
