Many of our competitors call these “Inspection Trips” and tempt you with all sorts of incentives and subsidies to get you to buy. They need to recoup this cost and often resort to aggressive sales tactics including controlling your time for the whole visit.
The fact we call ours an Exploratory Tour will give you an idea of our relaxed and non pushy style of approach. As we have done with our website, the aim of our 3 day tour is to provide you with all the information that you need on not just the properties you are interested in, but also the developments and the area so that you can make the right choice about what is undoubtedly one of the most important and life changing decisions you will ever make.
The Tour is tailored to your specific needs and wants – hence the reason we don’t take you out in groups. We do not pressurise you and 
give you plenty of “me time” to take in what you have seen. During your visit you will be looked after by one of our experienced advisors who all live locally and can discuss first hand what it is like to live in the area and guide you through the complete buying process including the legal formalities and costs because they have done it themselves. They will also explain the letting potential if that is something you are interested in.

A typical Exploratory Tour
Prior
- With the assistance of one of our experienced UK advisors, you will have identified a shortlist of properties that you wish to view that meet your individual personal requirements and are within your budget. Find a home in Spain will then liaise with you to identify when would be the most convenient time for you to visit the developments with one of our advisors based in Murcia. They will also provide you with all the necessary information that you will need to get the best deals and book flights into Murcia (San Javier) Airport or Alicante. More information
- You will then be sent written confirmation of the Tour details and an itinerary. Don’t worry - unlike some of our competitors we do not spend every waking moment with you whilst you are with us since we appreciate you will want to have your own time to take in what you have seen and to sample the relaxed atmosphere for yourselves. We will also confirm that should you buy a property through us we will refund your return flight costs. More information
Day 1
Built in XIV Century it is located at the centre of the Nature Reserve of Espuna Hills close to Santa Eulalia Chapel and has been named as a Cultural Heritage site. Its beautiful tranquil surroundings will give you the perfect 1st impression of the Murcia region.
- You will be given plenty of time to unpack and refresh yourselves before being met at your hotel by our advisor for a relaxed traditional Spanish lunch of Tapas and wine. This will give you an opportunity to go over your selections again and ask any questions. You will then be taken to the 1st of the developments you have selected to view and shown the site, show house, models and plans (whatever is available) along with any relevant literature and videos. You will also be able to talk with experts working for the developer.
- You will return to your hotel early evening and be given time to relax and get ready for your night out with us in Murcia. You will be collected by our advisor and taken to one of the many excellent traditional Spanish restaurants located near our offices in Totana (no more than 20 minutes from your hotel). It will give you an opportunity to sample the delights of the local cuisine whilst taking in the unique relaxed and friendly Murcian atmosphere.
Day 2
You will enjoy a typical continental breakfast at your hotel before being collected around 10 am by our advisor. You will then spend the day visiting the rest of your selections and finding out more about the area, stopping for lunch at one of the developments or nearby.
- Once you have viewed your shortlist our advisor will sit down with you and answer any questions you may have and give you the time to take it all in. If you decide to buy we will take you to the relevant developers offices to reserve your property and put you in touch with one of our recommended Spanish speaking solicitors (should you wish to use them) who will handle all your conveyancing needs. You will be then be taken back to your hotel where you will be left to celebrate and enjoy an evening meal on us.
Day 3
- You will be collected from your hotel by our advisor and driven to the airport ready for your departing flight back to the UK.
- Several days after your Tour you will be contacted by our Customer Services Manager who will be responsible for looking after you until your property is ready. More information
